• All of our products are made-to-order, to avoid over production and waste, because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

• Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, please note we will try to fix the damaged garment or provide a replacement piece.
